QuickCast Method

The QuickCast method can deliver complex aluminum flight-worthy handles in 3-4 weeks while still providing cost-effective pricing on low volume programs. The technique uses QuickCast stereolithography patterns instead of tooled wax patterns. This process eliminates expensive tooling and quickly delivers aluminum parts.

Guardian has used this process for the A10 upgrade and the NH90. Both of these handles have passed qualification testing and are flying.

3D Printing Services

Having acquired the latest in 3D printing technology, we can now greatly shorten the development time in all programs.  Production plastics are available and we can produce samples in as little as 24 to 48 hours depending on the availablity of switches or other required components.

We can also produce other 3D printed parts to support customers' programs.  Contact either Customer Service or Engineering to take advantage of this in house capability.
