Custom Coil Solutions A coil winding is the heart of many electromechanical devices. Guardian's engineering staff can assist you in the development of high quality, cost-effective coil winding assemblies for your specific applications. QuickCast Method The QuickCast method can deliver complex aluminum flight-worthy handles in 3-4 weeks while still providing cost-effective pricing on low volume programs. The technique uses QuickCast stereolithography patterns instead of tooled wax patterns. This process eliminates expensive tooling and quickly delivers aluminum parts. Guardian has used this process for the A10 upgrade and the NH90. Both of these handles have passed qualification testing and are flying.
