The QuickCast method can deliver complex aluminum flight worthy handles in 3-4 weeks and is cost effective on low volume programs. The technique uses QuickCast stereolithography patterns-instead of tooled wax patterns. This process eliminates expensive tooling and quickly delivers aluminum parts.

Guardian has used this process for the A10 upgrade and the NH90, both of these have passed qualification testing and are flying.
